Defined was created due to a desire to share REAL knowledge about weight struggles, in an accessible way both timewise and financially. Defined Intro and Session One are free to check out! The total program is broken down into 9 separate sessions to provide you the tools to begin working towards a healthy body weight. You can expect to discover an approach to weight loss and management from an integrative, whole body approach, not just move more and eat less! This approach allows for success with weight loss by examining all the things that impact our body weight, while enjoying foods you love, and without short term fixes that damage your metabolism, creating rebound weight gain.

Insurance only covers face to face sessions for individual medical nutrition therapy. This program does not meet those requirements. However, you may be able to use your HSA or FSA accounts!

Whenever it is convenient for you! This course is completely virtual. Each session contains a lesson to listen to at your leisure and handouts to support actionable actviites.
