FAQs?
Will my insurance cover this program?
Insurance only covers face to face sessions for individual medical nutrition therapy. This program does not meet those requirements. However, you may be able to use your HSA or FSA accounts!
When is it?
Whenever it is convenient for you! This course is completely virtual. Each week will consist of weekly lessons to listen to at your leisure and then weekly live Q&A calls that will be recorded for you to attend live or when it works for you!
Can I just do Defined Advanced first?
You must complete the Defined: Basics course before moving on to Defined: Advanced as we set the framework for success in the introductory course.
Does the meal planner account for other family members?
Yes! Our meal planner is very customizable. With Defined you will have access to Eat Love for weekly meals plans, customized to your cooking skill level, time available, and prep for other members in the home who may be eating with you. You can set your meal planner to create breakfast for you but lunch and dinner for you + desired family members.
